Quick Start
Learn how to set up and start using Leadpush in just a few steps
Welcome to Leadpush
Get your workspace up and running in just a few minutes. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to start managing your marketing campaigns.
Prerequisites
- Access to your domain's DNS settings.
- Workspace Owner or Admin permissions.
- A verified account email address. If you haven't verified it yet, check your inbox for a message from Leadpush and complete the verification.
If you don't have a domain yet, you can still explore Leadpush in Sandbox mode and return to domain verification later.
Set up your workspace
New workspaces start with message delivery for all channels set to Sandbox. In Sandbox, messages are simulated—they appear as sent in your dashboard but are not delivered to recipients. This is ideal for testing your setup and templates.
Workspaces support the following delivery modes:
- Sandbox. Messages are simulated and not delivered to recipients.
- Normal. Messages are delivered to recipients and counted toward your budget.
- Disabled. Messages are blocked and not sent.
You can't switch your workspace delivery mode to Normal until your account email is verified and at least one sending domain is verified.
Switch from Sandbox to Normal (when ready)
Open Workspace Settings
From the Dashboard, go to Workspace Settings and open the Delivery tab.
Complete required verifications
- Verify your account email address (look for the verification email from Leadpush).
- Verify at least one sending domain and add a sending address (details below).
Enable Normal delivery
Change the delivery mode from Sandbox to Normal, then save your changes.
Configure Contact Identity (optional)
Identity fields are used to uniquely identify your contacts. By default, Leadpush uses the email address as the primary identity field.
Identity fields can't be changed after contacts have been created. To change them later, you'll need to remove existing contacts first or contact support for guidance.
Change identity fields
Navigate to Workspace Settings
From the Workspace Settings page, click on the Identity tab.
Select identity fields
Choose the identity fields you want to use. By default, email and phone are available.
Additional identity fields can be added in the Fields tab.
Navigate to Workspace Settings
From the Workspace Settings page, click on the Domains tab.
Add a Sending Domain
Click on the + Domain
button in the top right corner. Fill out the form by providing your domain name. Click Create
.
Verify Sending Domain
Click on the Verify
button next to your domain. You'll be shown DNS records to add to your domain's DNS settings.
Once you've added the DNS records, click Verify
again. DNS changes typically propagate within minutes to a few hours, but may take up to 24 hours depending on your provider.
Add a Sending Address
Expand the domain row and click the + Sending Address
button. Enter the sending address and business details, then click Create
. Use a monitored inbox so you don't miss replies.

button in the top right corner. Fill out the form with your contact details (we recommend using your own email address for initial tests), then click Create
.
