Assets

Manage uploaded images and files used across newsletters, campaigns, and messages.

The Assets screen is the shared image library for your workspace. Use it when you need to upload visual files once, search for them later, and reuse them across layouts, newsletters, campaigns, branding, and other content builders.

Open the Assets screen

From the dashboard sidebar, go to Content -> Assets.

This opens the main asset library for the current workspace.

Upload new assets

Use the Upload button in the top-right corner to open the upload modal.

From there you can:

  • drag and drop images into the upload area
  • click Select files to choose files from your computer
  • upload multiple images in one pass
  • watch each file show a preview and upload progress

Leadpush currently accepts image uploads in this workflow. The upload modal also calls out a maximum file size of 10 MB per file.

What the asset library shows

Each asset card includes:

  • an image preview
  • the original file name
  • the file size
  • an actions menu

The main grid is paginated, so larger libraries can be browsed page by page instead of loading everything at once.

Search for an existing asset

Use the search field above the asset grid to filter the library.

This is the fastest way to find a previously uploaded image when your workspace already has a large number of brand files, logos, or campaign graphics.

Reuse assets in other parts of Leadpush

The same asset library is reused across the product.

When you open an image picker or gallery in places like:

  • content editors
  • layouts and templates
  • branding

Leadpush pulls from the same shared asset collection. That means you do not need to re-upload the same image every time you create a new send or update branding.

Delete an asset

Each asset card includes an actions menu with Delete Asset.

Use this when an image is outdated, incorrect, or no longer approved for use. Deleting an asset removes it from the shared library, so confirm it is no longer needed before removing it.

When to use Assets instead of other content tools

Use Assets when the thing you are managing is a file, such as:

  • logos
  • product images
  • promotional graphics
  • header artwork

Use other content tools when you are managing structure or copy instead:

  • Layouts for reusable email structure
  • Snippets for reusable blocks of copy or content

Best practices

  • Upload shared brand files once and reuse them through the gallery instead of creating duplicates.
  • Use clear file names so search works well later.
  • Remove outdated images so teammates do not accidentally use old creative.
  • Check image previews after upload to confirm the correct file was added.
