Tags
Manage the tags your workspace uses in segments, campaigns, and newsletters.
Overview
Tags are reusable labels your workspace can apply across areas such as segments, campaigns, and newsletters. They help teams keep related records grouped and easier to find or organize.
From the Tags page, you can:
- create a new tag by name
- search existing tags
- review when a tag was created
- delete tags you no longer need
Before you start
- Open the correct workspace before managing tags, since tags are workspace-specific.
- You need write access in the workspace to create or delete tags.
- Choose tag names your team will recognize consistently across segments, campaigns, and newsletters.
Open Tags in the dashboard
Open your workspace
Go to the Dashboard and switch into the workspace you want to manage.
Open Settings
Use the main navigation to open Settings.
Go to Tags
Open Tags from the Data section.
Create a tag
Click the Tag button
On the Tags page, click the Tag button in the top-right corner.
Enter the tag name
Provide a clear name such as vip, re-engagement, or product-launch.
Create the tag
Click Create to save the new tag.
Confirm it appears in the list
After creation, the tag should appear in the Tags table.
Review existing tags
Use the Tags table to review and search the tags in the workspace.
- Search by tag name using the table search field.
- Review the created date if you need to understand when a tag was added.
- Sort the table to inspect newer or older tags first.
Delete a tag
Find the tag
Locate the tag you want to remove in the list.
Open row actions
Use the action menu for that tag.
Choose Delete
Select Delete and confirm the action.
Verify it is gone
After deletion, the tag should no longer appear in the Tags table.
Naming tips
- Keep tag names short and recognizable.
- Use a naming pattern your team can apply consistently.
- Avoid creating multiple tags that mean the same thing with slightly different wording.
