Campaign Reporting
Review campaign-level performance, message activity, and delivery outcomes after the workflow is live.
Once a campaign is running, the record becomes a reporting surface as well as a workflow editor. The main reporting views live in the Metrics and Messages tabs.
Use the Metrics tab for campaign performance
Open the Metrics tab when you want the highest-level view of campaign activity over time.
This tab includes a date-range picker and summary cards for:
- Entrants
- Completed
- Avg Duration
Each summary card also includes a small trend chart for the selected time range.
What the metrics charts tell you
Below the summary cards, Leadpush shows an Entrants vs Completed chart.
Use this view to compare:
- how many contacts entered the campaign
- how many completed it
- whether campaign throughput is rising or flattening
- how long contacts are taking to move through the workflow
This is the best place to start when the question is performance, volume, or pace.
Use the Messages tab for delivery investigation
The Messages tab narrows reporting down to messages sent by this campaign only.
The table includes columns for:
- recipient
- status
- delivered
- opened
- hard bounce
- soft bounce
- complaint
- simulated
- created date
Each recipient links back to the contact record for deeper context.
Filter campaign messages
From the campaign-scoped messages table you can:
- search message records
- filter by Status
- filter by Event State
- expand individual rows to inspect message event history
The event-state filters help you isolate records by engagement and delivery outcomes such as opens, clicks, complaints, or bounces.
Expand rows to inspect message events
Each message row can be expanded to show the event log for that message.
This is useful when you need to answer questions like:
- Was this campaign message delivered?
- Did the recipient open or click it?
- Was it rejected, hard bounced, or soft bounced?
- Was the message part of a simulated run?
When to use the workspace Messages page instead
Use the campaign's Messages tab when you want investigation scoped to one automation.
Use the workspace-wide Messages page when you need to compare message activity across campaigns, newsletters, or SMTP sends.
Best practices
- Start with Metrics when you want to understand campaign health at a glance.
- Switch to Messages when the question becomes recipient-specific or delivery-specific.
- Apply the date range before comparing campaign performance across different periods.
- Use the recipient link from a message row when you need contact-level timeline context.
