SMTP Credentials
Create SMTP credentials for a workspace, copy the generated password, and manage existing credentials from the dashboard.
Overview
SMTP credentials let an application or service authenticate against your workspace over SMTP. Each credential is created inside a specific workspace, and the dashboard shows the credential name, generated username, and created date.
Use this page when you need to:
- create a new SMTP account for an app, device, or integration
- copy the generated password when the credential is first created
- review existing SMTP usernames in the workspace
- delete credentials that should no longer be used
Before you start
- Open the correct workspace before managing SMTP credentials, since credentials are workspace-specific.
- You need write access in the workspace to create or delete credentials.
- Plan where the credential will be used so you can give it a recognizable name.
The SMTP password is only shown once, immediately after creation. Copy it before closing the dialog.
Open SMTP Credentials in the dashboard

Go to the Dashboard and switch into the workspace you want to manage.

Copy the password
After the credential is created, copy the generated password immediately. You will not be able to retrieve it again later from the dashboard.

Review existing credentials
Use the SMTP Credentials table to review active credentials in the workspace.
- Review the credential name to understand which app or service it belongs to.
- Use the generated username shown in the list when configuring your SMTP client.
- Sort by creation date if you need to review newer or older credentials first.

Use the row action menu for that credential.
Choose Delete
Select Delete and confirm the action.
