Template Studio

Review & Publish

Check compiled output, resolve validation issues, and move from draft editing into a publish-ready or testable version.

Template Studio separates editing from compiled output. That means the canvas is where you build, while preview and publish rely on a fresh compile of the current document.

Guides in this section

What this section helps you do

Use these guides to learn how to:

  • inspect compiled output before saving changes
  • understand how errors and warnings affect the builder workflow
  • publish a record only after validation blockers are resolved
  • use testing workflows for quick delivery checks without treating the edit as final

Start here

Open Preview when you want to inspect rendered output, HTML, MJML, JSON, or validation diagnostics. Read Publish when you are ready to save a version back to the dashboard record. Use Testing when you need a fast compiled-email check before publishing.

Why these steps belong together

These three actions sit close together in the toolbar because they all happen after you have already done the document editing work. They are the quality-control and handoff layer of Template Studio: preview to inspect, publish to save, and testing to validate delivery behavior without making the edit final.
